Is Acrylic the Same as Glass?
No. A glass-effect acrylic trophy is made from acrylic, not glass or crystal. Clear acrylic offers a glass-like appearance, and our acrylic awards can feature full-colour logos and text. Check the material listed on the individual product page when comparing designs.

What is your shipping policy?
We deliver UK-wide via Royal Mail. Standard delivery (3–5 business days) is free on orders of £29.99 or more. Standard delivery for orders below £29.99 costs £2.99. Need it sooner? Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for £6.99.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Right now we deliver to UK addresses only. Contact us if you have a question about your delivery address.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. You can order one trophy or a set for your event.
Can I return or exchange my trophy?
Since each trophy is made especially for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Unless it arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered. Just get in touch within 30 days, and we'll put it right
