How much does UK delivery cost?
Standard delivery (3–5 business days) is free on orders of £29.99 or more. Standard delivery for orders below £29.99 costs £2.99. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is £6.99. Allow time for personalisation before dispatch as well as delivery.
How quickly will my trophies be ready?
Please allow 1–3 business days for personalisation before dispatch, then add your selected delivery time. Express delivery does not remove the production time. If your party or presentation is close, contact us before ordering to discuss your date.
Do I need to order a minimum quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. Order one trophy as a gift or a set for your celebration.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
If your trophy arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email hello@fasttrophies.co.uk within 30 days with your order number and a photo so we can help resolve the issue.
