How much does UK delivery cost?
Standard delivery (3–5 business days) is free on orders of £29.99 or more. Standard delivery for orders below £29.99 costs £2.99. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for £6.99. Allow time for production as well as delivery when planning your presentation.
How quickly will my resin trophies be ready?
Please allow 1–3 business days for personalisation and production before dispatch, then add your chosen delivery time. If your event date is close, contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements. Express delivery does not remove the production time.
Do I need to order a minimum quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. You can order a single trophy or a set for your team.
What if my trophy arrives damaged?
We take great care with every order. If your trophy arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email hello@fasttrophies.co.uk within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll help resolve the issue.
