Production & Dispatch
All of our products are personalised and made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production and dispatch. Larger or bulk orders may require additional production time — if you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at hello@fasttrophies.co.uk before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Delivery Options
We ship all orders via Royal Mail. At checkout you can choose from the following options:
- Standard Delivery — 3–5 business days — Free on orders £30.00 and over / £2.99 on orders under £30.00
- Express Delivery — 1–2 business days — £6.99
Delivery timeframes are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Please factor in production time when calculating your expected arrival date.
Free Shipping
Standard delivery is free on all orders of £30.00 or more. This is automatically applied at checkout.
UK Only
We currently ship to UK addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — please check back or contact us for updates.
Delays
During busy periods such as end-of-season sports awards or Christmas, production times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate any delays to you by email. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are determined by Royal Mail and are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
