When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Cookies and Koalas Ltd (trading as Fast Trophies) reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and payment has been processed.
As all items are personalised and made to order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once production has begun. In the event we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of ordering, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Cookies and Koalas Ltd (trading as Fast Trophies) is not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather, or other events outside our control.
