Q2: What is your shipping policy?
We deliver UK-wide via Royal Mail. Standard delivery (3–5 business days) is free on orders over £30, or just £2.99 under that. Need it sooner? Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for £6.99.
Q3: Do you ship outside the UK?
Right now we deliver to UK addresses only, but we're working on offering international shipping soon. Contact us and we'll keep you posted.
Q4: Is there a minimum order quantity?

Q5: Can I return or exchange my trophy?
Since each trophy is made especially for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Unless it arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered. Just get in touch within 30 days, and we'll put it right
