Personalised Items
As all of our products are made to order and personalised specifically for you, they are exempt from standard return rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or differ from what you ordered.
Please carefully check all personalisation details (names, spellings, dates, engravings) before completing your order. We produce exactly what is submitted at checkout and cannot be held responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 30 days if your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Email us at hello@fasttrophies.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Where a valid claim is raised, we will offer one of the following at our discretion: a replacement item, a correction, or a full refund.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the amount. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@fasttrophies.co.uk.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances: personalised or custom-engraved items (unless faulty or incorrect), sale items, and gift cards.
