Preparing Your Logo and Award Wording
Prepare a list of recipient names, award titles and presentation dates. For long-service awards, confirm the number of years being recognised. Keep the wording concise and check the selected product's logo upload options and artwork guidance. Do not assume every design offers the same material, printing method or space for text.

Can I personalise the award with our company logo and branding?
Check your chosen award for logo uploads, recipient names, award titles and other personalisation options. Add your details using the fields provided, and contact us before ordering if you need a layout beyond those options.
How much does UK delivery cost?
Standard delivery (3–5 business days) is free on orders of £29.99 or more, or £2.99 for orders below £29.99. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for £6.99. Allow time for production as well as delivery when planning your ceremony.
How quickly will my corporate awards be ready?
Please allow 1–3 business days for personalisation and production before dispatch, then add your chosen delivery time. Express delivery does not remove the production time. If your ceremony date is close, contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements.
Do I need to order a minimum quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. You can order a single employee award or a set for your ceremony.
What if my award arrives damaged?
If your award arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email hello@fasttrophies.co.uk within 30 days with your order number and a photo so we can help resolve the issue.
